To ensure your AIAX2 Voice Agent can handle all your incoming calls, follow the steps below to forward calls from your mobile, landline, or VoIP provider. You’ll need the number provided to you during onboarding. If you haven’t received one, contact support@aiax2.com.
You should have received a unique phone number (e.g., +1 555-123-4567
) for your voice agent. This is the number you will forward your calls to.
