The Ask Questions feature allows your AIAX2 Voice Agent to provide helpful and contextual answers to your leads or clients during a call. This enhances trust and user experience by enabling the agent to speak with confidence and clarity when clients ask about your business.

Why It's Important

When prospects ask questions such as “What services do you offer?” or “How does your clinic operate?”, your AI agent should respond with accurate, branded answers that match your tone and business logic. The Ask Questions module lets us pre-load these answers into the system during onboarding.

What We Need From You

During onboarding, we will assist you in setting this up. However, you can speed up the process by filling out a dedicated form where you’ll provide:

  • A list of frequently asked questions from your clients
  • Exact answers you want your AI agent to give
  • The tone and style you want (e.g., professional, casual, warm)
  • Optional follow-up actions or links (e.g., send a WhatsApp message, book an appointment)
